Karan Singh Grover is an Indian television actor and model. He began his career in television from Kitni Mast Hai Zindagi Ekta Kapoor on MTV India .
But it is well known for playing the character of Dr. Armaan Mallik in Dill Mill Gayye on Star One .
He was born in Delhi and belongs to a Sikh family in Punjab .
After Karan Singh Grover and his family went to Saudi Arabia for six years. He completed his schooling in Dammam , Saudi Arabia.
In 2000 , he returned to Mumbai and received his diploma in Management Studies from the HMI Hotel Mumbai, Dadar Catering College.

Having a toned physique , Karan hits the gym five times a week. If he misses his gym in the morning , he catches up with him in the evening.

I start my day with a protein shake. My breakfast would normally include white oats or mixed fruit.

My lunch is brown rice with baked chicken , salad and dal or gravy .

My evening snack would be egg whites and my dinner would be more or less the same as my lunch , just no carbs because I do not eat carbs after 6 pm .

I try to eat freshly cooked vegetables and eating fresh fruits and drink fruit juice and freshly prepared vegetables.
I tend to stay away from fattening food but sometimes it 's okay to give in to the urge .
